RETURN POLICY
All sales are final, returns or exchanges are not allowed.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
All refused shipments will be charged the price of the shipment plus a 15 % restocking fee. If you would like to cancel your order, please refer to our cancellation policy.
CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it with us. Please carefully consider your purchase decision before placing the order. Once your order is received it is authorized against your credit card and forwarded to our warehouse for shipment. If we are unable to pull your order and void your credit card authorization, a 5 % cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations for out of stock items will never incur a charge.
In order to make a cancellation request, email us at customerservice@themotoplanet.com as this request must be received via email. We cannot guarantee the order will be cancelled.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Should there be an incorrect shipment, we will gladly exchange it at our cost or issue a credit NO CASH REFUNDS. If necessary to exchange a defective item please note:
Email us at customerservice@themotoplanet.com within 2 business days from receipt of goods to obtain an “Exch” code. Absolutely no exchanges will be accepted if the package is not clearly marked with the “Exchange authorization code”.
Upon approval, merchandise meeting the following criteria may be returned (freight prepaid) for exchange or credit only. NO CASH REFUNDS.
• Returned merchandise must be in the original box and in mint condition with any and all tags attached.
• Include a copy of your shipping invoice which accompanies your merchandise.
• All exchanges must be received by The Moto Planet within 20 business days from invoice date.
• Additional shipping fees are required to process all exchanges.
